Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping (Canada):

➔ FREE standard shipping on all Canadian purchases over $150 CAD

➔ $15.95 flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders under $150 CAD

International Shipping:

➔ U.S. orders: $20.00 CAD flat rate

➔ Other international orders: $25.00 CAD flat rate

Carrier & Tracking:

➔ Orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post

➔ All Canadian orders were tracked

Order Changes:

➔ Once an order was placed, no modifications or cancellations could be made afterward, including not applying promo codes after checkout.

Shipping Timing:

➔ Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, some exceptions will apply.

Multiple Shipments:

➔ If items were located at different store locations (Okotoks or Lethbridge), shipments might arrive separately at no extra charge.

Delivery Address:

➔ Make sure the shipping address is correct — once an order is dispatched it is at the responsibly of the customer to contact carrier support. 

In-Store Pickup:

➔ Available at both Okotoks and Lethbridge locations.

➔ Note: Weekly stock transfers could mean a 7–10 business day wait for pickup if the item was in the other store.

Responsibility & Fees:

➔ Thelma & Thistle was not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned parcels.

➔ Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if needed. 

➔ The store reserved the right to cancel or void any order at any time.
