COVID19 UPDATE:

- ALL item(s) purchased online and/or in store are final sale if purchased after March 20th with respect to AHS COVID-19 guidelines.

- Limited item(s) in change room per person.

- We encourage online or telephone orders with shipping or pick-up as alternatives to in-person shopping for all customers not ready to come in store.

Standard Shipping:

- Receive FREE Standard Shipping within Canada on all purchases over $75 CAD
- All orders under $75 CAD are subject to a flat rate of $15 CAD within Canada
- United States shipping is subject to a flat rate of $15 CAD
- International orders $25 CAD.

All Canadian orders are tracked and expedited. Once shipped, your parcel will arrive between 1-3 business days.

Customers are responsible for shipping rates on any returned and resent packages.

PLEASE NOTE: Thelma & Thistle is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages. When promo codes are used for FREE shipping outside of Canada, your parcels will not be tracked. If you'd like your parcel tracked, please choose flat rate shipping.

Pick Up In Store:

Pick up your purchase in store at no charge! You will receive notification when your item(s) are ready for pick up!

Okotoks Drop Off:

We'll drop off your order SAME DAY on all orders placed over $50. Your address must be a Town Of Okotoks address.

Content & Delivery Information:

Your orders will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering (we can not ship Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take 48-72 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Order Tracking Information:

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Re-directing your order:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

In Store Return & Exchange Details:

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags MUST be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt. NO exceptions.

Regular-prices merchandise:

  • Within 15 days of purchase you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
  • GIFT RECEIPTS - Within 30 days you can exchange your item, or we'll issue you a merchandise credit.
  • "Thelma" / Traveling Motorhome - All items purchased at events/festivals out of our traveling boutique are final sale.
  • Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hats, sunglasses, jewelry (including watches) and all intimates are final sale.

THELMA & THISTLE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON WORN ITEM(S).

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.
