➔ For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

➔ All original tags MUST be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt. NO excuses, NO exceptions.

Regular-Priced Merchandise:

➔ Within 15 days of purchase you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a store credit on a gift card.

➔ GIFT RECEIPTS - Within 30 days you can exchange your item, or we'll issue you a store credit. NO excuses, NO exceptions.

➔ EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Damaged Items:

All item(s) purchased online are thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we are so incredibly sorry!

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged item please contact us within 2 days of receipt or 15 days of the item being shipped. Please notify us & send a photo of the damage item to [email protected].

➔ For all damages, items must not be washed or worn with tags still attached. NO excuses, NO exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.

If you’re searching for a specific item and can’t find it on our website, please reach out to Team Thelma! We are more than happy to look into special requests for you.

➔ Must be paid IN FULL upon ordering.


➔ Special orders are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY.

In the rare case that the special order does not arrive, you will be refunded the full amount black onto your original method of payment.
